Malta has introduced its new National Data Strategy at SEMIC 2017 Conference in Valetta. This strategy also promotes the once-only principle.

Our project proudly presents its first public deliverable. In the document we have defined our vision of the once-only principle for citizens in Europe for 2020. To realise this vision, a number of key enablers have to be in place and EU member states have to overcome certain barriers.

Ireland aligns their eGovernment strategy to the EU eGovernment Action Plan - with a strong focus on the once-only principle.

The Once-Only Principle Project (TOOP) has published its first deliverable to the European Commission that is also open for public access. It gives interesting insights on the situation of the once-only Principle in Europe.

The European Commission proposed to establish a Single Digital Gateway that shall serve as a single point of access to public services provided by EU Member States. The new Gateway will rely heavily on the once-only principle (OOP).

The Digital Services Interoperability (ISA²) programme of the European Commission has nominated multiple projects based on the once-only principle (OOP) for its Sharing and Reuse Award.
